Visitors are always welcome at our Sunday services, special events, activities and classes. Sunday services are held at 10:30 am at our meetinghouse. When you visit on a Sunday morning, feel free to arrive a few minutes early in order to orient yourself to our meetinghouse. A greeter will welcome you at the front door to make sure you know where you and your children are headed, and offer you information about our congregation. Please dress as you are comfortable, whether that is a suit or jeans. Our services include music, stories, singing together and a message, usually delivered as a sermon. There is also a time for sharing of joys and concerns for those who wish to speak, or to note those moments in silence. Services last about an hour. Childcare for pre-school children, and religious exploration classes for grade and middle school children, are provided during the worship service. After our service, there is a time of hospitality and conversation, held in our fellowship space where you are welcome to stay to meet members and friends.
Services are led by our minister, Kimberly Quinn Johnson, as well as other religious leaders, lay speakers drawn from the congregation and guests from the wider community. Because each service has its own unique quality, we encourage you to attend several services to better understand our tradition.
